Took my Kia Seltos in for its first oil change, everyone was very nice and took care of the service very quickly. Very happy with the Kia Seltos and the Service Department at Renaldo Kia. Thanks to all the Service Staff.
So glad Annie Clark is back with the dealership. Nice to have Daniel do the service on my vehicle, he is a great mechanic. The only thing to make service better is to bring back Lisa Fischer, those two were amazing at the service department.
Had a ecu update done and was suppose to take at least 45 mins. Was done in less then 30 mins so I was glad for that and the technician also came and talked to me
We recently moved from NY state to NC & needed to have general servicing of our KIA Sportage. We arrived at our appt. time of 9:30am & were greeted immediately. We were told that the servicing should take "about an hour". It was completed when promised! We're very pleased with the service given & will recommend Renaldo's KIA

My visit went well until time for detail shop to go over my vehicle before leaving. They were very slow and it wasn’t detailed the best considering the time they took to get it done. Otherwise everyone was super nice.
If it wasn't for how great the service advisor Annie Clack is, I would have most likely went to another dealership by now instead.

Visit was scheduled conveniently. I was met by Mike, the Service Manager who was covering, for a vacationing team member, as I drove up. He greeted me by name as he knew I was coming in. We discussed the work to done and I left. He called me later to confirm the replacement of the cabin filter and said he would deliver the car to me, at work, later that afternoon. They delivered my washed car, as promised, and Mike and I settled the charges. Fine job!

I have always had my vehicles serviced at Renaldo. In the recent past there was a great amount of change to the service department and I considered making a change. Fortunately for me I did not. Renaldo presently has in place a very accommodating and professional service department.
Come in to get a. Piece of interior trim fixed under warranty. Saturday morning service. Was in and out quickly. They also did a quick check of fluids and tire pressure at no charge. Friendly staff 👍

Friendly all round service, fair trade in value of previous vehicle. Time frame from initial greeting to driving off in my brand new vehicle was within 24 hours absolutely wonderful.
Our sales agent (I think her name was Abigail) was THE BEST salesperson we dealt with over 6 or 7 dealerships. We were passing thru Shelby after looking at another car and thought we would just stop in. Evcellent experience. She should be teaching all your salespeople how to do it right....knowledgeable. personable, right amount of autonomy. She was great.
Had a 9:00am appointment and was told it would be about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. As promised my car was done at 10:00am.

I contacted this dealership through cars.Com. I received a reply message, a phone call and an email very quick. I completed most of the paperwork online, and was given a price quote on two vehicles. I was unable to get into a newer car due to my circumstances with my trade. While needing reliability, some ungraded features and staying within her budget we found her a new Kia Soul. We test drove it and walked out a little bit later with her new car.
